The Effects of Theater Workshop in “opening a school” on “school as Learning Emergency” : −With an emphasis on Creativity and Social Emergence of Sawyer.K−

In the “open school theory”, communication skills and theater workshop has attracted attention. However, it has not been studied in detail about what kind of wishes to learn “communication skills.” Moreover, the introduction step （meetings and procedures） has not been analyzed for production process of whether theater workshop is practiced in school. In this paper, we consider whether the theater workshop of practice can give what effect in elementary school. Also, based on the ecology of the school, we focus on creativity and social emergence by Sawyer （2011）. It is conclusion that school intention to introduce theater workshop is complexity system, was demonstrated to have the characteristics of the level A in the social Emergence Theory by Sawyer （2011）
